Welcome to December 2011!
Can you believe one more month and it's going to be 2012! As we wind down this year it's all gone so fast, I am holding my breath what next year may be like...yikes! For those who know me, this last year has been one of tremendous loss, change, and adventure. But it has all been getting me prepared for what is coming next - for it is my belief we are each building a New World. A world that will reflect which path we are choosing - the one of Love or the one of Fear. This time next year, all will have made their choice - but the work will never be done or the choice complete.
It is my continued commitment to share my journey to help inspire you on your own. There is no right or wrong choice, for in the end we all are going to be okay - but it's fun to share the experiences and lessons learned along the way. So buckle up for the holidays and then the beginning of what is the end...not of physical life, but of who we have been and the beginning of who we are to become!

 Giving as a Gift
What does it mean to give? We think we know, after all every holiday, birthday, and special occasion many of us want or are wanted to give gifts. We think of gifts as something we can wrap up and hand over. We offer gifts we hope the receiver will love, but often it is we who want what the object we have given.
We think of gifts as presents, something that is meant for a special occasion and that we spent money or time on. We think of gifts as requirements to win love, obligation to keep love, and opportunities to lose love.
Giving has become an idea that is done with thought and action and for a reason. Yet, what does it really mean to give? What is the real gift given by our gifts? (for full article, link here)
