               Do You Know What You Really Want?

   This section is a brief sample of the type of learning modules you will find inside this site for our core programs.  Click on the PDF Text below to access the Assessment and to print it out so that you can complete it.  Then you can follow up with the journal questions and exercises to gain a deeper understanding of your answers and how to more fully integrate the benefits into your life.

    Most of us know what we want at some level, but have you really spent time to assess what you want for your body, your mind, your emotions and your soul?  Have you thought about more than the basics of money, mate, success and health?  As you dig deeper and find more truth within you will gain a deeper understanding of what you are really asking for and why it may not have manifested in your life yet.




Journal Questions:

1.  Pick one thing you identified that you want.  Now write about why you want it.  Keep listing reasons until you begin to feel that calm place of getting to what is really the issue for you.  If you get stuck, use the body, mind, heart and spirit reasons.  Why do you want this for your body?  Why for you emotions? 

2.  As you get to your bottom line reason for why you want your choice, how would you redefine your desire in the context of this new way of looking at it?  For example, if you want money and your bottom line is financial security so you feel safe in the world, what you are really wanting is to feel safe, not money. 

Exercises:

1.  Take this new bottom line desire and apply it to all the things you have checked off on your list.  How many other wants/desires would be met if you could have this one bottom line desire?

2.  As you go about your day, notice how many of your thinking, actions and decisions you make each day are based on this core/bottom line desire.  Are you making choices or choosing thoughts from a place of fear or from a place of knowing it is already so?  Your answer will tell you why you have or have not been able to create what you are really wanting vs. what you may have thought you wanted.

   This is a great exercise to find out why you are not able to attract what you want easily.  Most of what people will find is that fear of not getting what they want is at the core of not receiving it.  Fear is very powerful and one of the hardest things to master.  Much of what you will find within this site will be about how to actively let go of your fear.  And when that happens, the resistance lets go, the blocks unblock and the energy flows!
